On December 12th 2011 the Superior Court of the State of California for the County of Riverside declared the Morongo Band of Mission Indians (Morongo Casino Resort and Spa) in default in a suite filed against them by six former employees. I'm sure they feel they can harrass any employee they want without fear of suit in state court.
Most likely, they feel they don't have to defend themselves in court.
